Athletic Paperwork:

In order for a student athlete to participate in any athletic program, they must have a physical from a doctor on file and all of the online forms on Rank One must be filled out.  The physical and the Rank One forms must be an updated version at the start of each school year.

All physicals need to be uploaded to Rank One.

Please use the following link to get to the instruction page:

Here is the physical form that must be filled out by a doctor:

OSSAA Physical (print version to take with you to your doctor)

Your child must receive a physical from their doctor using the form above and all forms on the Rank One link above must be completed prior to them participating in any portion of athletics at Southridge.

2025 - 2026

Southridge Athletic Facilitator: Josh Myers

Please follow the Southridge PTSA page on Facebook as parent reminders about sports will sometimes be posted on there as well as on this website.  Some of our teams, such as football and basketball, have their own page on our website, so please remember to check there for detailed information about that program.

SOUTHRIDGE ATHLETICS:

If you are interested in participating in any of the sports, please contact the head coach of that sport or contact the Southridge athletic facilitator (Josh Myers). We look forward to having your child participate in athletics at Southridge.

*The Southridge basketball teams, football team, pom squad, and cheer squad are made up entirely of Southridge student athletes.

All other Southridge sports (cross country, golf, tennis, softball, track, volleyball and wrestling) are considered a Southmoore Junior High Team. These are combined teams joining all of the student athletes from Southridge and Highland West who live in the Southmoore district.

Fall Sports:  Volleyball (G), Fastpitch Softball (G), Football (B & G), Cross Country (B & G)

Winter Sports:  Basketball (B & G), Wrestling (B & G)

Spring Sports:  Golf (B & G), Slowpitch Softball (G), Track ( B & G), Tennis (B & G)

Pom and Cheer takes place for the entire school year and participants are chosen through tryouts.
