Plan now: State Testing: Make sure chrome books are charged every day. :)
7th grades: Wednesday, April 26, and Friday, April 28. 7:40 - 10:45.
8th grades: Tuesday, April 25, through Friday, April 28.
Attention all 7th graders: If you have not turned in your Course Enrollment form, please do so as soon as possible. It should be brought to the Counseling Office.
Honor Society Members - if you can help prepare classrooms for testing, please sign up in the counseling center as soon as possible. We will stay after school this Thursday, April 20, from 2:15-3:00 to cover walls and earn one service point. Remember to have your rider here at 3:00.
Hey Leopards! With state testing at the end of this month, check out the Media Canter display facing the hallway: books about testing, books about math, language arts concepts and much more to help you achieve success on state testing.
The NJHS service committee is collecting socks for the homeless community. Please donate men's or women's new socks by dropping them off in the Sox Boxes outside Ms. Chancey's and Mr. Hayes' rooms. Honor Society members will earn one service point so remember to sign in when you drop off the socks. New incoming Honor Society members may also earn a service point for participation. Thank you for helping our community!
April is National Poetry Month. Visit the 808 and 811 non-fiction sections to get your poetry book today!
FYI... all books will be due Thursday, May 11th. All fines will need to be paid as well by that date in order to attend every part of end of year events.
Hey 8th graders... looking for something to do this summer? Apply for a 4-day sponsored (means free) program to develop leadership skills and promote teamwork. Climb a utility pole, ride in a bucket truck, create & run a CO-OP and make friends from all over Oklahoma. To apply, go to the Media Center Canvas page and click on announcements. Deadline for application is MONDAY so don't wait!
